Replyard, privacy notice

How we handle personal data around Replyard, the review reply service by EDEUS Studio.

1. Who is responsible

EDEUS Studio, Via Badia di Cava 36, 00142 Rome, Italy, info@edeustudio.com.

2. Two different roles

When you contact us through the form on the Replyard page, or become a customer, we decide why and how your data is used. We are the controller.
When we run the service for a customer, we handle the data on that customer's profile, including the names and texts that reviewers make public, on their instructions and for their purposes. There we act as processor for the customer, who remains the controller.

3. What we collect from the form

Name and surname, business name and city, email address.
Phone number and the link to your Google profile, if you provide them.
Whether you ticked the consent box, and when.
Date, time and page of the request, plus the technical data collected by the site analytics.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

To prepare your free audit and answer you. Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
To run the service, invoice it and support it, if you become a customer. Basis: the contract.
To send you information about reviews and local marketing. Basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, with the unsubscribe link in every message or by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect what was lawful before.
To meet legal duties, accounting above all. Basis: legal obligation.

5. Who else sees the data

Only suppliers who work for us, bound by contract and allowed to use the data only for our instructions. By category: workflow automation platform, email marketing platform, email and hosting providers, a messaging service for our internal alerts, website analytics, and the payment provider acting as merchant of record for subscriptions. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. The current list of suppliers is available on request at info@edeustudio.com.

6. Data outside the European Union

Some of these suppliers are established in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards allowed by law, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

Contact requests that do not become customers: up to 24 months from the last contact.
Customers: for the life of the contract, plus the 10 years required for accounting records.
Consent to receive information: until you withdraw it, and the record of the withdrawal after that.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to a use based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@edeustudio.com: we answer within 30 days. If you think something is wrong you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.

9. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no marketing cookie until you accept. Two things are stored in your browser regardless, because the site cannot work without them: the language you chose and your cookie answer itself. They stay on your device and reach no one.

If you accept, we load the Meta pixel, which tells us how many people arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad and how many asked for the free check. If you refuse, nothing loads and the site works exactly the same, including the form. You can change your mind at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the home page.

10. Automated decisions

Replies are drafted by artificial intelligence and checked by a person, but no decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you is taken automatically. We do not profile you to decide whether to serve you.

Come trattiamo i dati personali intorno a Replyard, il servizio di risposta alle recensioni di EDEUS Studio.

1. Chi è il titolare

2. Due ruoli diversi

Quando ci contatti con il modulo della pagina Replyard, o diventi cliente, decidiamo noi perché e come usare i tuoi dati. Siamo titolari del trattamento.
Quando eroghiamo il servizio per un cliente, trattiamo i dati presenti sulla sua scheda, compresi i nomi e i testi che i recensori rendono pubblici, su sua istruzione e per le sue finalità. Lì agiamo come responsabili del trattamento per conto del cliente, che resta titolare.

3. Cosa raccogliamo dal modulo

Nome e cognome, nome e città dell'attività, indirizzo email.
Numero di telefono e link alla scheda Google, se li fornisci.
Se hai spuntato la casella del consenso, e quando.
Data, ora e pagina della richiesta, oltre ai dati tecnici raccolti dagli strumenti di misurazione del sito.

4. Perché li usiamo, e su quale base

Per preparare l'audit gratuito e risponderti. Base: misure precontrattuali prese su tua richiesta.
Per erogare il servizio, fatturarlo e assisterti, se diventi cliente. Base: il contratto.
Per mandarti informazioni su recensioni e marketing locale. Base: il tuo consenso, dato con la casella nel modulo. Puoi revocarlo quando vuoi, con il link di cancellazione presente in ogni messaggio o scrivendoci. La revoca non tocca ciò che era lecito prima.
Per adempiere a obblighi di legge, contabili in primo luogo. Base: obbligo legale.

5. Chi altro vede i dati

Solo fornitori che lavorano per noi, vincolati da contratto e autorizzati a usare i dati solo secondo le nostre istruzioni. Per categoria: piattaforma di automazione dei flussi di lavoro, piattaforma di email marketing, fornitori di posta elettronica e hosting, un servizio di messaggistica per i nostri avvisi interni, strumenti di misurazione del sito e il gestore dei pagamenti che agisce come merchant of record per gli abbonamenti. Non vendiamo dati e non li cediamo a terzi per il loro marketing. L'elenco aggiornato dei fornitori è disponibile su richiesta a info@edeustudio.com.

6. Dati fuori dall'Unione Europea

Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti. Quando i dati escono dallo Spazio economico europeo, il trasferimento si appoggia alle garanzie previste dalla legge, come le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea o una decisione di adeguatezza.

7. Per quanto tempo li teniamo

Richieste di contatto che non diventano clienti: fino a 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto.
Clienti: per la durata del contratto, più i 10 anni richiesti per le scritture contabili.
Consenso a ricevere informazioni: finché non lo revochi, e successivamente la prova della revoca.

8. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la correzione, la cancellazione, la limitazione, la portabilità, e puoi opporti a un uso fondato sul nostro legittimo interesse. Scrivi a info@edeustudio.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni. Se ritieni che qualcosa non vada puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.

9. Cookie e misurazione

Questo sito non attiva nessun cookie di marketing finche' non accetti. Due cose restano nel tuo browser in ogni caso, perche' senza il sito non funziona: la lingua che hai scelto e la tua risposta sui cookie. Restano sul tuo dispositivo e non arrivano a nessuno.

Se accetti, carichiamo il pixel di Meta, che ci dice quante persone sono arrivate da un annuncio su Facebook o Instagram e quante hanno chiesto il controllo gratuito. Se rifiuti non si carica niente e il sito funziona esattamente uguale, modulo compreso. Puoi cambiare idea quando vuoi da "Preferenze cookie", in fondo alla pagina principale.

10. Decisioni automatizzate

Le risposte sono redatte da un'intelligenza artificiale e controllate da una persona, ma nessuna decisione con effetti giuridici o similmente rilevanti su di te viene presa in modo automatico. Non ti profiliamo per decidere se servirti.
