These terms govern Replyard, the review reply service provided by EDEUS Studio. By subscribing, you accept them.
Replyard is a service of EDEUS Studio, Via Badia di Cava 36, 00142 Rome, Italy, contact info@edeustudio.com. In these terms, "we" means EDEUS Studio and "you" means the business that subscribes.
One subscription covers one business profile. More profiles mean more subscriptions.
Replies are generated by artificial intelligence trained on your tone, your words and the information you give us. A person reviews every review that matters, and no reply to a critical review goes out before we talk to you. Published replies appear under your business name: you remain their author towards the public, and you can edit or delete any of them at any time from your own profile.
The service works on Google Business Profile, a product of Google LLC. EDEUS Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google can change its rules, its interfaces or the availability of its platform at any time, and that can limit or interrupt the service. If it becomes impossible to run the service for reasons of this kind, we tell you and you stop paying.
The service costs 99 euro per month per profile. Businesses that subscribe by 15 October 2026 pay the launch price of 49 euro per month for the first three months, then 99 euro per month.
Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your receipt and calculates any tax due in your country, shown at checkout before you pay.
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no notice and no penalty: the service runs until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Periods already started are not refunded. See the refund and cancellation policy.
We can suspend or end the service if a payment fails, if access to the profile is revoked, or if we are asked to publish content that is false, unlawful, offensive or against Google's rules. We will always tell you why.
What is yours stays yours: your profile, your replies, your brand. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models of third parties. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice for Replyard. Both parties keep confidential what they learn about the other.
We answer for our work with the care of a professional. Where the law allows it, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, which cannot be excluded.
We can change these terms, and the price, with at least 30 days notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Italian law applies. For disputes with a business customer, the court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.

Un abbonamento copre una scheda. Più schede, più abbonamenti.
Le risposte sono generate da un'intelligenza artificiale istruita sul tuo tono, le tue parole e le informazioni che ci dai. Una persona controlla ogni recensione che conta, e nessuna risposta a una recensione critica esce prima di averne parlato con te. Le risposte pubblicate compaiono a nome della tua attività: ne resti l'autore verso il pubblico e puoi modificarle o cancellarle quando vuoi dalla tua scheda.
Il servizio lavora su Google Business Profile, un prodotto di Google LLC. EDEUS Studio non è affiliata, approvata né sponsorizzata da Google. Google può cambiare regole, interfacce o disponibilità della piattaforma in qualsiasi momento, e questo può limitare o interrompere il servizio. Se per ragioni di questo tipo il servizio diventa impossibile, te lo diciamo e smetti di pagare.
Il servizio costa 99 euro al mese per scheda. Chi sottoscrive entro il 15 ottobre 2026 paga il prezzo di lancio di 49 euro al mese per i primi tre mesi, poi 99 euro al mese.
I pagamenti sono gestiti da Paddle, che agisce come merchant of record: è Paddle il venditore della transazione, emette la ricevuta e calcola le imposte dovute nel tuo paese, mostrate al momento del pagamento.
L'abbonamento è mensile e si rinnova da solo finché non disdici. Puoi disdire quando vuoi, senza preavviso e senza penali: il servizio arriva alla fine del periodo già pagato e non si rinnova. I periodi già iniziati non si rimborsano. Vedi la politica di rimborso e disdetta.
Possiamo sospendere o chiudere il servizio se un pagamento non va a buon fine, se l'accesso alla scheda viene revocato, o se ci viene chiesto di pubblicare contenuti falsi, illeciti, offensivi o contrari alle regole di Google. Ti diremo sempre il motivo.
Quello che è tuo resta tuo: la tua scheda, le tue risposte, il tuo marchio. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per addestrare modelli di terzi. Come trattiamo i dati personali è descritto nell'informativa privacy di Replyard. Entrambe le parti tengono riservato ciò che apprendono dell'altra.
Rispondiamo del nostro lavoro con la diligenza professionale. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, la nostra responsabilità complessiva è limitata a quanto hai pagato per il servizio nei tre mesi precedenti l'evento, e non rispondiamo di danni indiretti come mancato guadagno o perdita di occasioni. Nulla in questi termini limita la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave, che non può essere esclusa.
Possiamo modificare questi termini, e il prezzo, con almeno 30 giorni di preavviso via email. Una modifica non vale mai per un periodo già pagato. Se non sei d'accordo puoi disdire prima che abbia effetto.
Si applica la legge italiana. Per le controversie con un cliente professionale è competente in via esclusiva il foro di Roma.
