Replyard, terms of service

These terms govern Replyard, the review reply service provided by EDEUS Studio. By subscribing, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Replyard is a service of EDEUS Studio, Via Badia di Cava 36, 00142 Rome, Italy, contact info@replyard.com. In these terms, "we" means EDEUS Studio and "you" means the business that subscribes.

2. What the service includes

  • Daily monitoring of the Google business profile you nominate.
  • A public reply to each new review, written in your voice.
  • Every review is read before a reply is written, and our team checks the quality of the messages that go out. Nothing is published on a critical review until you have approved it yourself.
  • A monthly report on what came in, what we answered and what we noticed.

One subscription covers one business profile. More profiles mean more subscriptions.

3. How replies are written

Replies are generated by artificial intelligence trained on your tone, your words and the information you give us. Our team checks the quality of the messages that go out, and no reply to a critical review is published before you have approved it. Published replies appear under your business name: you remain their author towards the public, and you can edit or delete any of them at any time from your own profile.

4. What we need from you

  • Manager access to your Google business profile. You can revoke it whenever you want. Without access the service cannot run and the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
  • The information we need to sound like you, and a contact we can reach for critical reviews.
  • Prompt notice if anything changes: opening hours, ownership, name, or facts that would make a reply wrong.

5. What we do not do

  • We never write, buy, solicit or incentivise fake reviews, for you or against anyone else.
  • We do not remove reviews. Only Google can, and only when a review breaks its own rules. We can help you flag one, with no promise of the outcome.
  • We do not promise a ranking, a rating, a number of reviews, more visibility or more sales. Nobody can.
  • We do not reply on other platforms unless we agree that in writing.

6. Google

The service works on Google Business Profile, a product of Google LLC. EDEUS Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google can change its rules, its interfaces or the availability of its platform at any time, and that can limit or interrupt the service. If it becomes impossible to run the service for reasons of this kind, we tell you and you stop paying.

7. Price, taxes and payment

The service is sold as a monthly subscription on several plans, which differ by the number of Google profiles covered. Current plans and prices are shown on replyard.com and are the ones that apply. Businesses that subscribe to the Growth plan by 30 November 2026 pay the launch price of 49 euro per month for the first three months, then the plan price.

Payments are handled by an external payment provider, named and shown at checkout before you pay. The provider issues your receipt and calculates any tax due in your country.

8. Duration, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no notice and no penalty: the service runs until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Periods already started are not refunded. See the refund and cancellation policy.

9. Suspension

We can suspend or end the service if a payment fails, if access to the profile is revoked, or if we are asked to publish content that is false, unlawful, offensive or against Google's rules. We will always tell you why.

10. Your data and your content

What is yours stays yours: your profile, your replies, your brand. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models of third parties. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice for Replyard. Both parties keep confidential what they learn about the other.

11. Liability

We answer for our work with the care of a professional. Where the law allows it, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, which cannot be excluded.

12. Changes

We can change these terms, and the price, with at least 30 days notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

13. Law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For disputes with a business customer, the court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Chi siamo

Replyard è un servizio di EDEUS Studio, Via Badia di Cava 36, 00142 Roma, Italia, contatto info@replyard.com. In questi termini "noi" indica EDEUS Studio e "tu" l'attività che sottoscrive l'abbonamento.

2. Cosa comprende il servizio

  • Controllo quotidiano della scheda Google che ci indichi.
  • Una risposta pubblica a ogni nuova recensione, scritta con la tua voce.
  • Ogni recensione viene letta prima che la risposta venga scritta, e il nostro team verifica la qualità dei messaggi che escono. Su una recensione critica non viene pubblicato niente finché non l'hai approvata tu.
  • Un report mensile su cosa è arrivato, cosa abbiamo risposto e cosa abbiamo notato.

Un abbonamento copre una scheda. Più schede, più abbonamenti.

3. Come nascono le risposte

Le risposte sono generate da un'intelligenza artificiale istruita sul tuo tono, le tue parole e le informazioni che ci dai. Il nostro team verifica la qualità dei messaggi, e nessuna risposta a una recensione critica esce prima che tu l'abbia approvata. Le risposte pubblicate compaiono a nome della tua attività: ne resti l'autore verso il pubblico e puoi modificarle o cancellarle quando vuoi dalla tua scheda.

4. Cosa serve da te

  • L'accesso come gestore alla tua scheda Google. Puoi revocarlo quando vuoi. Senza accesso il servizio non può funzionare e l'abbonamento si chiude alla fine del periodo pagato.
  • Le informazioni che ci servono per suonare come te, e un contatto raggiungibile per le recensioni critiche.
  • Un avviso tempestivo se cambia qualcosa: orari, gestione, nome, o fatti che renderebbero sbagliata una risposta.

5. Cosa non facciamo

  • Non scriviamo, non compriamo, non sollecitiamo e non incentiviamo recensioni false, né a tuo favore né contro altri.
  • Non rimuoviamo le recensioni. Può farlo solo Google, e solo quando una recensione viola le sue regole. Possiamo aiutarti a segnalarla, senza promettere l'esito.
  • Non promettiamo posizionamenti, voti medi, numero di recensioni, visibilità o vendite. Non può farlo nessuno.
  • Non rispondiamo su altre piattaforme, salvo accordo scritto.

6. Google

Il servizio lavora su Google Business Profile, un prodotto di Google LLC. EDEUS Studio non è affiliata, approvata né sponsorizzata da Google. Google può cambiare regole, interfacce o disponibilità della piattaforma in qualsiasi momento, e questo può limitare o interrompere il servizio. Se per ragioni di questo tipo il servizio diventa impossibile, te lo diciamo e smetti di pagare.

7. Prezzo, imposte e pagamento

Il servizio si vende ad abbonamento mensile su più piani, che si distinguono per il numero di schede Google coperte. I piani e i prezzi in vigore sono quelli pubblicati su replyard.com. Chi sottoscrive il piano Growth entro il 30 novembre 2026 paga il prezzo di lancio di 49 euro al mese per i primi tre mesi, poi il prezzo del piano.

I pagamenti sono gestiti da un fornitore di pagamenti esterno, indicato al momento del pagamento prima che tu paghi. Il fornitore emette la ricevuta e calcola le imposte dovute nel tuo paese.

8. Durata, rinnovo e disdetta

L'abbonamento è mensile e si rinnova da solo finché non disdici. Puoi disdire quando vuoi, senza preavviso e senza penali: il servizio arriva alla fine del periodo già pagato e non si rinnova. I periodi già iniziati non si rimborsano. Vedi la politica di rimborso e disdetta.

9. Sospensione

Possiamo sospendere o chiudere il servizio se un pagamento non va a buon fine, se l'accesso alla scheda viene revocato, o se ci viene chiesto di pubblicare contenuti falsi, illeciti, offensivi o contrari alle regole di Google. Ti diremo sempre il motivo.

10. I tuoi dati e i tuoi contenuti

Quello che è tuo resta tuo: la tua scheda, le tue risposte, il tuo marchio. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per addestrare modelli di terzi. Come trattiamo i dati personali è descritto nell'informativa privacy di Replyard. Entrambe le parti tengono riservato ciò che apprendono dell'altra.

11. Responsabilità

Rispondiamo del nostro lavoro con la diligenza professionale. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, la nostra responsabilità complessiva è limitata a quanto hai pagato per il servizio nei tre mesi precedenti l'evento, e non rispondiamo di danni indiretti come mancato guadagno o perdita di occasioni. Nulla in questi termini limita la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave, che non può essere esclusa.

12. Modifiche

Possiamo modificare questi termini, e il prezzo, con almeno 30 giorni di preavviso via email. Una modifica non vale mai per un periodo già pagato. Se non sei d'accordo puoi disdire prima che abbia effetto.

13. Legge e foro

Si applica la legge italiana. Per le controversie con un cliente professionale è competente in via esclusiva il foro di Roma.
